How is data collected?
Allenta shall inform the users of its Website of the collection of personal data which may occur when these users complete the forms found on the Website or interact with the latter. In this sense, Allenta shall be considered the controller of the data collected via the aforementioned means. Any operations, management and technical procedures performed automatically or non-automatically, and which enable collection, storage, modification, transfer and other actions concerning personal data, are considered to be personal data processing.
What purpose does this processing serve?
Processing of collected data shall comply with legitimate interests, particularly:

How long is data kept?
Allenta shall keep personal data for as long as is necessary to meet the aforementioned aims, or for as long as a contractual relationship is maintained with either the user or the entity for which the user works, and provided that its deletion is not requested following the enabled process. Should a legal obligation make it necessary to keep data for a longer period of time, it shall be stored anonymously.

All data collected via the Website, and which is considered to be personal data handling, shall be processed using the necessary technical and organisational means for preventing non-authorised or undue access, loss, theft or alteration, taking into account the state of the art and the nature and risk of data processing.
Which other companies may access my data to provide their services?
Allenta shall not transfer personal data to third parties, except when this data transfer is justified by a legal or administrative obligation, or when the provision of a service implies the need for a contractual relationship with a data processor.
What rights do users have?
The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") grants data subjects the possibility of exercising a series of rights relating to the processing of their personal data, insofar as users' data is subject to handling on Allenta's part. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in accordance with the provisions of current legislation on personal data protection. This letter must include the following information: name and surname(s) of the user, requested content, address and supporting documents.
